Bargain Buy aims to have products delivered to you within 10 business days from the date an order is successfully placed (depending on the availability of the item/s ordered).

Bargain Buy will keep you up to date via email correspondence as to the status of your order. Where a delivery cannot be signed for, the Courier will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a mutually convenient time for pickup or delivery. In the case of an Australia Post delivery where you are not home to receive an order the item or items will be available for collection at the Post Office as indicated. Please note if you have ordered more than one item, they may arrive at different times and via different methods of transport including vendor delivery of certain item.

Bargain Buy delivery of orders and date time frames of delivery are quoted in good faith based on information received from our merchants/vendors supplying the products and couriers utilised. Bargain Buy therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays which may be incurred in supply of products but every effort will be made to render assistance to our customers with such issues.

Should delivery dates arranged between the Courier and the Bargain Buy customer fail to be met through the fault of the customer, the customer may be liable for additional freight costs where they apply.
